 laser tooth bleaching

Poor dental hygiene over a long period will discolour our teeth along with having longer lasting problems with cavities and disease. It is important to brush teeth immediately after meals and to floss daily. It is the bacteria that does the damage if it is not removed immediately so it unable to spread and infect the gums. The most efficient teeth bleaching process uses hydrogen peroxide as the main agent to whiten the teeth. While there are simple toothpastes on the market that contain abrasives to remove the outer layer this would not be fantastic for people who have deeper discolored teeth problems. If your problems are not from the result of smoking, drinking coffee or tea then you will need a more robust whitening concept beyond the capabilities of whitening toothpaste. The procedure to bleach teeth uses oxidising agents such as hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide to lighten the shade of the tooth. You should first clean and floss your teeth before you start the bleaching process. The bleaching gel is applied by a syringe where you simply add a little of the gel into the holes in the custom fabricated tray where your teeth will fit. You only need to wear the tray for 1-3 hours at a time though some people prefer to wear it in their sleep which is fine. This is because the pulp chamber, or nerve of the tooth, is enlarged until this age. If you have more serious discoloration problems or you prefer to use the services of professional dentists then visiting your local doctor for advise would be the recommended first step to take. Dentists would use the same type of gel as you get with the night guard only that the gel is activated by a penetrating light or laser which activated the bleaching agents in the gel. This is the recommended treatment I would suggest if you can afford the extra expense.

Oral Health: The most important advantages of electric toothbrushes is the ability to aid people with dexterity difficulties, such as those associated with rheumatoid arthritis. Now I've heard all kinds of horror stories about pulling wisdom teeth. I even witnessed one of my own. So I expected a world of pain. I thought I'd be unable to work for, at least, the rest of the week. The funny thing? It consists of the cementum, periodontal ligaments, gingiva, and alveolar bone.
